Msimulizi Cafe: Little Town Bagamoyo

As you about to take that first coffee/tea break of the day, here is something we thought you’ll enjoy. It is a musical video about a small historical coastal town in Tanzania, East Africa, Called Bagamoyo. A renown guitarist-cum-poetry Vitali Maembe, the film takes you through landmarks left by the slavery to the biggest means of today’s life including tourism and fishing.

It also traverses along ancient settlements and routes used by famous people like David Livingstone, freedom fighters Edwardo Mondlane, Samora Machel and Armando Guebuza from Mozambique.

Bagamoyo which literally means ‘let your heart rest’ is a fast growing town situated along the coast, 52 kilometers from Dar es salaam.

So enjoy and please share it with your friends
